- The hotel day begins at 15:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 the following day.

The youngest children aged 0-3 may be cared for by qualified nannies on the day of the New Year's Eve event (31.12) (an additional-fee option available upon prior request). Children aged 4-11 are invited to enjoy a full day of entertainment and the exceptional Teenagers' New Year's Eve Night, full of competitions and shared fun. Teenagers aged 16 and over may attend dinner with their parents for an additional fee.
