Staying with pets

Staying with a pet on the hotel premises requires the approval of the Hotel Management issued when booking a stay. While making a booking, please specify the species/breed of the pet. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse to accept animals whose species /breeds are commonly regarded as dangerous or aggressive. The Hotel accepts healthy animals having their health records (current rabies vaccination and deworming is required). The Hotel has the right to refuse to admit sick or recovering animals. The pet owner declares that the pet(s) is healthy and does not pose any danger to other people and animals. Pets should stay in the rooms. Outside the rooms, pets must be kept on a lead and be under the owner's supervision. In special cases, the hotel reserves the right to order muzzling. The owners are required to provide their bedding for the animal. When staying with a pet in the hotel room, the owner receives a set of additional equipment: bowl + blanket. The accessories are the property of the hotel and are intended exclusively for use by the animal in the hotel room. It is not allowed to use hotel towels and bed linen for animals, to let the animals stay on the bed and sofas and to take care of their physiological needs in the room. When bedding, mattress, carpet, or other items of equipment in the room where the animal is staying are found dirty (fur, mud) or damaged by the animal, the Owner is liable to cover the costs of the damage at the price specified by the Hotel Management. The pet owner is financially liable for any damage to the hotel property and private property of other guests caused by the pet. When leaving your pet alone in the room, please leave the tag on the handle, on the outside of the door. The tags are available at the hotel reception. For safety reasons, cleaning of rooms where pets are staying takes place only in the presence of the owner or during the absence of the pet in the room. To arrange a convenient time, please contact the staff. In case a pet left in the room interferes with the stay of other guests, destroys the hotel property, or causes a threat to itself or other guests, the Hotel Management will immediately contact the owner to solve the problem. If no contact is established, the Hotel reserves the right to enter the guest's room, also with the help of the relevant services, and to take the animal to the nearest animal shelter. All costs incurred as a result of the above actions are covered by the owner of the animal. Pet owners are responsible for complying with the hotel's rules concerning keeping the hotel's quiet hours and not disturbing the peace of other guests. It is forbidden to bring pets to the catering, recreation and night club facilities as well as to the indoor and outdoor playground for children. The Moonlight Restaurant has prepared specially designated tables for the pet owners in front of the restaurant entrance. Room Service is also available. The owner is obliged to clean up any droppings left by his animal. Fecal matter bags are available at the reception. The pet owner declares having read the rules for staying with pets at HAVET Hotel and accepts its provisions. The cost of a dog's stay in the hotel is 100 PLN / day.
