- STRESS TAMING WORKSHOP WITH KINTSUGI for adults - on 04.05 from 12:00-13:30. The workshop will be led by Dr. Sylwia Olszewska - a business psychologist, human resources management expert, trainer, coach, and lecturer at WSB for postgraduate and MBA studies (www.drsylwiaolszewska.pl). Kintsugi is a Japanese art of repairing broken ceramics and a philosophy that teaches how valuable and beautiful life can be, even after a stressful experience. In the workshop, we will learn how to:
- transform stress into a valuable life lesson towards harmony
- from "cracks" in life, extract the gold of experiences and appreciate your unique journey
- apply breathing exercises to achieve peace of body and mind
- WORKSHOP "Trends and innovations in women's healthcare: challenges and perspectives of contemporary medicine"- on 04.05 from 13:30-14:30. The workshop will be led by Dr. Katarzyna Oronowicz - a gynecologist
- DANCE NIGHT WITH LIVE MUSIC at Leśne Szepty Cafe - on 04.05 from 19:00 we invite you to join us for a dance-filled evening full of positive vibrations.
